went to a wedding Sat. with the largest bridal party I've ever seen. Here's the ringbearer.

oh, it was time to ditch the pink blog, so I switched to this color scheme. much better!

train sketches

I did both of these on the train. The top is a woman who immediatly lit up as soon as she got off the train. The bottom is an upset boy on the Blue Line. He was crying that he wanted to sit down, but his mother insisted that they were only going 1 stop, so they didn't need to. Ok, the following discription for that sketch is for the Calabashers: Catherine looked at my sketch half way through and told me it looked like a baby version of Vin and an adult Agnus. So, I went with it, let it be.

Lois & Clark

All day I have been looking forward to the train ride home to finish a book I'm reading- It's Superman! But, there were two loud women behind me talking about window treatments for nearly an hour. So, I drew this instead.

I haven't been posting this past month, so I figured I should post some sketches I did this past week. The second one from the top is of a really, really drunk guy on St. Patrick's Day. We saw him shuffling around at an Irish pub at 4:00 and again when we came back that night. (surprised he never passed out) The third is a sketch I did on the train when I was tired- an awfuly drawn sketch inspired by Lucky. :P The bottom sketch was losely based on a fig. drawing I did.

sketch & rant

I did this sketch on the train out of frustration from some comments that have been made numerous times. A small handful of fine artists are closed minded in what is considered an art form. Some of these individuals do not consider animation and digital art a true art form. I'm terrible at debating with people, so I drew a little "revenge" sketch instead!
